Management can easily get this dashboard for today’s attendance by mobile phone.
The dashboard will show the total employee, today’s present, today’s absence, today’s Late, and W/H off Duty. The last 7 Days present an absent ratio and today’s attendance summary department department-wise.
This report will show department, shift, Line/group, Card No. or date to date wise report
The absent report shows today’s absent, employee department-wise, employee type-wise, and card no-wise absent report of a specific date.
Attendance summary shows any specific date attendance summary status department wise
Late details shows today’s late status or any specific date’s late status department, section, shift wise
Monthly job card shows about a employees full month attendance status
Leave details shows any specific dates leave status which employee took leave that day
The CW HRMS likely has a Manual Attendance Entry field within its attendance management module. This feature allows for manually recording employee attendance data into the system.
